This letter is being written at the request of Mr. Michael McNamara with Mac
Contractors LLC to review the proposed plans for the above referenced renovation. Upon
reviewing the existing plans, the proposed plans, and building envelope it has been
determined that no load bearing walls or other load bearing components shall be altered to
complete this renovation. This condition shall be verified after demolition and any required
mitigation specified provided to the general contractor and City of Aspen Building Department
for final inspection or by the Engineer of Record (E.O.R). Should you have any further
