Comment Response:Once you have addressed all agency comments,both in writing and on your plans,you will resubmit all documents via the portal.Just go into your permit,scroll down to the bottom of the page,and use the'Add more'button.You must notify me when you have uploaded your files for me to know that you have resubmitted.You can use the portal's Chatter feature(see instructions below). Issuance:Once all agencies have approved your permit,you will be notified that it is time to pay your permit issuance fees.Once you do so,your approved plans and permit documents will be sent to you electronically. Additional Important Information: Only after I perform a completeness review and submittal fees are paid will your permit be accepted into our system as a formal submission.At that time,it will be put into the permit work queue. I may need to meet with you—either in person,over the phone,or via a virtual meeting—before I can finish my completeness review to ensure that I have a full understanding of your project's scope.
