I spoke with Garrett about the disparity between the exterior scope reviewed during land use review and what was submitted for permit. He has approved the new scope of work- no new land use case is required. removed A few items that I believe can be resolved via red-lining: 1)The floor area sheet doesn't appear to be measuring floor area to the exterior face of the wall.The fireplace is also not shown as being counted. Since there is no change to floor area I propose to remove the sheet entirely. 2)The demolition calculations were only calculated for one wall. Demolition calculations are based off of the entire structure. Since the demolition area is so minor, I am fine with simply stating the area to be removed. If you could please provide the square footage of the demolition on the roof I can note the total square footage. For the time being I will close my review as re-review needed.
