A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXERCISE
ADl��IINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT OF CHANGE ORDERS THAT ARE
WITHIN THE APPROVED 2025 BUDGET FOR CITY PROJECT #51420/2025-
15 8 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID
CHANGE ORDERS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASPEN COLORADO.
�%'�HEREAS there has been submitted to the City Council a Contract for
Construction Services between the City of Aspen and A2 Associates, LLC, in the
amount of $203,911.31 (Resolution # 161 of 2025);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO,
That the City Council of the City of Aspen does hereby authorize the City
Manager to exercise administrative oversight of any change orders to the contract
approved via Resolution #161, Series of 2025, for an amount not to exceed
$30,586.70 and execute said change orders on behalf of the City of
Aspen, Colorado,
RESOLVED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED FINALLY by the City
Council of the City of Aspen on the 2nd day of December 2025.
