REGULAR MEETING COMMERCIAL CORE & LODGING COMMISSION JANUARY 15, 2025
Chairperson Cunniffe called the meeting to order at 8:45 a.m.
Commissioners present: Terry Butler, Amanda Tanaka, Kiki Raj, Angi Wang, Jeb Ball, Stephanie Davis.
Absent were: Charles Cunniffe, Noemi Kiss-Baldwin, and Bill Dinsmoor.
Staff present: Nicole Henning, City Clerk; Emmy Oliver, Downtown Services
Kathy Strickland, Aspen Saturday Market Manager, was present with all applications.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
Ms. Strickland presented the applicants who were in groups this year. Mr. Ball prepared the evaluation
sheets for the vendors and handed out forms for the food vendors, Jewelry, Art & Photography and the
Miscellaneous category.
Ms. Tanaka motioned to approve the minutes of November 20th; Ms. Raj seconded. All in favor, motion
carried.
Ms. Henning announced that they will meet back for a special meeting next Wednesday in Council
Chambers to finish up.
The meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
