HomeMy WebLinkAboutDO Notice_10 Club Circle_Maroon Creek Club_Commercial Design Review_DO Notice.docPUBLIC NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described property: LOT 51, MAROON CREEK CLUB, AS SHOWN ON THE FINAL PLAT AND PUD FOR MAROON CREEK CLUB, RECORDED NOVEMBER 15, 1993 IN PLAT BOOK 33 AT PAGE 4 AND AS PARTIALLY CORRECTED BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED MARCH 31, 1994 IN PLAT BOOK 34 AT PAGE 23 AND MAP RECORDED SEPTEMBER 27, 1996 UNDER RECEPTION NO. 397484 AND FURTHER AMENDED BY HARMONY ROAD PLAT RECORDED AUGUST 9, 2002 UNDER RECEPTION NO 470808, COUNTY OF PITKIN, STATE OF COLORADO; Commonly known as 10 Club Circle, by order of The Community Development Director on June 29, 2021 via a Notice of Approval. The Applicant received approval for an Insubstantial Planned Development Amendment to change exterior siding and roofing changes.
