Dear City of Aspen Land Use Review Applicant,
We have received your land use application for Aspen Villas Insubstantial PD
Amendment and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is complete.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed
necessary by the Community Development Department. We will be in touch with any
questions as we review the land use application.
At this time, please submit the $1,300.00 deposit for the Land Use Review. A check can
be made payable to the City of Aspen and mailed to City of Aspen, Community
Development, 130 S. Galena St, Aspen, CO 81611. Alternatively, you can pay by credit
card by calling our main number during business hours, at 970.920.5090. In either
instance, please refer to the case number, which is LPA-20-110.
