RE: 108 Midland Avenue – PD amendment
Dear Mr. Larimer,
Please accept this letter of consent for an application to amend the Ferguson Exemption Subdivision
to realign the driveway and to remove the plat note regarding review of development within 30%
slopes on our property, 104 Midland Avenue. We have reviewed the proposed plans with the owner
of 108 Midland and consent to their land use application. We understand that the proposed grade
changes and driveway relocation do not impact our net lot area, or allowable floor area, under the
current City of Aspen Land Use Code.
