Dear Ms. Dolecki-Smith,
We have received your land use application for 74 Five Trees Lane (LPA-23-091)
requesting an insubstantial Planned Development Amendment.
This letter confirms receipt of a complete application, meaning we have sufficient
documentation to proceed with the land use review.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as
deemed necessary by the Community Development Department.
At this time, please submit a review deposit of $2,275 by contacting our
administrative staff for payment options. The administrative staff can be reached

sure to reference the Land Use Number (highlighted at the top of this document)
when submitting payment.
