DESCRIPTION:
The applicant is interested in modifying an existing wireless telecommunication installation on the roof of the
building at 75 Prospector Rd. As described, the proposed project is replacing/upgrading existing equipment: 3
antennas, 3 radio unit heads and adding diplexers and 3 additional radio heads. Assuming the new equipment
meets the wireless design review criteria – this will be an administrative review of an “eligible facility” – subject
to a 60-day shot clock from receipt of a complete application.
Two issues will be evaluated as part of this review:
1) Compliance with design guidelines and other requirements for wireless communications facilities
2) Meeting the criteria for issuance of building permit for the proposed project. A building permit will
be required to be submitted simultaneously to the Land Use Application (attached).
