Notice is hereby given to the general public of the
approval of a site specific development plan, and
the creation of a vested propany right pursuant to
the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Tile
24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertain-
ing to the following legally described property: As-
pen Highlands Condominiums, Phase 1, City of
Aspen, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado; the
property commonly known as The Ritz Carlton, 75
Prospector Rd., Aspen, CO 81611: by order of
the Community Development Director on Febru-
ary 8, 2021 via a Notice of Approval, Reception
No. 673401 (2/9/21). The Applicant received ad-
ministrative approval for upgrades and additions
to an existing wireless communications facility.
