OF
SMALL CELL WIRELESS FACILITIES
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the receipt of complete applications from
Smartlink on behalf of New Cingular Wireless (AT&T), proposing the installation of five
(5) wireless communications facilities in the following locations:
• Southwest corner of the intersection at 1st Street and Main St.
• Adjacent to the bus stop on Lone Pine St., near Gibson Ave.
• Ute Ave., across from the intersection with S. Alps Rd.
• The intersection of Highway 82 and McSkimming Rd.
• Rio Grande Recycling Center
The facilities will be located in the Right-of-Way or adjacent to the Right-of-Way on City
of Aspen property in the replacement of existing City of Aspen streetlights. (The facility
at the Recycling Center will not have a streetlight). The facilities are subject to Federal
Communications Commission (FCC) rules and regulations and City of Aspen Design
Guidelines. The facilities will be reviewed and approved Administratively if found to be
in conformance with review criteria.
