NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: 101 W Main Street, Molly Gibson Lodge
Public Hearing: Tuesday, January 28th, 2020. 5:00 PM
Meeting Location: City Hall, Council Chambers
130 S. Galena St., Aspen, CO 81611
Project Location: 101 W Main St., Molly Gibson Lodge; Legally Described as Lots 1
and 2, Molly Gibson Lodge Planned Development and Subdivision,
according to the Final Plat thereof recorded July 21, 2016 in Plat
Book 115 at Page 1 as Reception No. 630849, City of Aspen, Pitkin
County, Colorado.
Description: The Applicant requests a twenty-four (24) month extension of the
vested property rights associated with Ordinance Number 3, Series
of 2015 and as extended by City Council Resolution No. 008, Series
2018 which allows for the redevelopment of the Hotel along Main
Street and residences along Hopkins Avenue. The current vested
rights associated with this approval expire on June 24th, 2020.
Applicant also requests minor amendments to the previous project
design, site planning, and form of affordable housing mitigation.
