Legal Description: Parcel ID: 273718285033; Legally Described as Hotel Unit and
Commercial Unit, Aspen Residence Club and Hotel, City of Aspen,
Pitkin County, Colorado.
Description: The St. Regis is requesting a Temporary Use approval to allow for
special event tents to be erected on their property at various times
throughout the year. Temporary use requests that exceed seven
(7) days require approval by City Council. The applicant is
requesting use of tent structures for thirty-five (35) days
throughout 2018. The applicant has also requested City Council
grant staff the authority to amend the terms of the approval, if
necessary, and add five (5) additional days to the total allowed,
which would bring the total to forty (40) days in which tents may
be used on their property.
