Restaurant space located at 105 S Mill St. of the ANB Bank building in Aspen Colorado to be replaced. There are 13 current openings, each consisting of 1 large (approx. 58”w x 62” h) window and 1 small window (approx. 30”w x 18”h). Large windows are operable and double hinged, opening from a center post and hinged on the outer edges. Small windows are not operable. Replacement windows are to match current window size, aesthetic, and function to the greatest extent possible. Window specifications are to be submitted to ANB Bank and the Aspen Historic Preservation Committee for approval. This description of work to be included in the application for “Certificate of No Negative Effect” as required by the City and HPC.
