Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific
development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use
Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining
to the following described property: 411 E. Main Street (aka 106 South Mill Street),
Legally described as, Lots A, B, C, & D, Block 87, City and Townsite of Aspen,
Colorado. Parcel ID# 2737-073-30-002. The applicant has received approval for
replacing existing storefront windows and reconstructing historic architectural details on
the west elevation of the historic landmark. An administrative Certificate of No Negative
