Signed HOA Compliance Form: This document must be signed by the owner or an attorney representing the owner. 2. Completed Land Use Application: This application is a Minor Historic Development Review for HPC review. Please revise attachment 2 of the Historic Preservation Land Use Application. 3• Letter of Authorization: This letter needs to state that the individual is authorized to act on behalf of the Cantina Building LLC and gives authorization to the tenant (Dalwhinnie Retail) and representative (Steven Dunn Architect) regarding the submitted application.
