DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described property:
by order of The Community Development Directoron June 3rd, 2019via a Notice of Approval, recorded at reception No.656368. The Applicant received approval for an Insubstantial Planned Development Amendmentto relocate an existing door on the north façade of the building at Unit C5, as described above.
