(LPA-22-057) and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application has been deemed Complete.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as
deemed necessary by the Community Development Department. Ben will be the

At this time, please submit the $1,625 in referral department fees by contacting
our administrative staff for payment options. Please note the planning fees
associated with this application have been waived per Ordinance #22, Series of
2021 as it is a project related to 100% affordable housing development. The
