Planned Development Review Criteria Combined Project and Detailed Review Most PD Review Criteria are not applicable as the proposal is simply to memorialize existing conditions and uses +Compliance with Adopted Regulatory Plans Land Use Code and S/C/I Zone District Staff Recommends approval of Ordinances No. 02 and 03, Series of 2022
