Project Location: Aspen Mini-Storage Property, 105 Woodward Ln; Aspen, CO 81611 Parcel ID: 273503102003 Legal Description: Lot 3 of the Communications Center Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21 at Page 34. Description: Consideration of an Ordinance at Second Reading by City Council related to the Aspen Mini-Storage property near the Aspen Airport Business Center. This property is intended for eventual inclusion in the Lumberyard affordable housing project. The property is currently owned by the City of Aspen. This Ordinance would approve the initial zoning of the property and establish a Planned Development to memorialize the existing conditions on the property. Land Use Reviews Req: Amendments to the Official Zone District Map, and Planned Development (combined Project and Detail review) to memorialize existing conditions.
