Legal Description: Lot 3 of the Communications Center Subdivision, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21 at Page 34.
Description: Consideration of a recommendation from P&Z to City Council
related to the annexation and initial zoning of the Aspen Mini-
Storage property in the Aspen Airport Business Center. This
property is intended for eventual inclusion in the Lumberyard
affordable housing project. The property is currently owned by the
City of Aspen.
