NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: 233 West Bleeker Street
Public Hearing: Wednesday, January 12th, 2022; 4:30PM
Meeting Location: Virtual Meeting via WebEx planned. In the alternative, the
meeting will be held at City Hall, City Council Chambers, 427

Project Location: 233 West Bleeker Street, PID# 2735-124-40-001. Legally
described as Lots A, B, and C, Block 51, City and Townsite of
Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant requests approval to restore the historic
landmark structures, to demolish the non-historic additions
and relocate the historic home on a new basement, and to
construct a new addition. A Floor Area Bonus and Setback
Variations are requested for the proposed design.
Land Use Reviews: Conceptual Major Development, Relocation, Floor Area
Bonus, Setback Variations, and other related reviews.
Decision Making Body: Historic Preservation Commission (HPC)
