Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described property:110 Neale Avenue, Legally described as Lot 2,as shown on the Subdivision Exemption Plat of 114 Neale/17 Queen Historic Lot Split, according to the Plat thereof recorded May 29, 1998 in Plat Book 45 at Page 17, City and Townsite of Aspen, Colorado,PID#2737-073-83-002.Final Major Development has been granted to remodel the existing non-historic house on a lot created through a historic landmark lot split. The approved remodel includes changes to the building form, exterior materials and landscape plan.
