DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property: LOT S AND THE EAST ½ OF LOT R, BLOCK 65, CITY
AND TOWNSITE OF ASPEN, COUNTY OF PITKIN, STATE OF COLORADO.;
commonly known as: 134 East Bleeker Street, Aspen, CO.; by order of the Community
Development Director via Notice of Approval. The Applicant received approval of an
amendment to a development order for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) for the removal
