OF
DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property: General Comment Elements as shown on the First
Supplemental Condominium Map, Aspen Highlands Condominiums – Phase 2, recorded
June 11, 2002, in Plat Book 60 at Page 83, Reception No. 468558, City of Aspen, County
of Pitkin, State of Colorado; the property commonly known as 197 Prospector Road,
Aspen, CO 81611; by order of the Community Development Director on August 15th, 2023
via a Notice of Approval, Reception No. 696771 (08/16/2023). The Applicant received
administrative approval for upgrades and additions to an existing wireless communications
