The undersigned, an Attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado under
Colorado Supreme Court Registration No. 10240, hereby certifies the ownership of the following
real property located at 201 N. Mill Street, Unit 202, Aspen, Pitkin County, Colorado (the
"Property").
A. PROPERTY
Unit 202, MILL BUILDING, according to the Condominium Map thereof recorded May
12, 2016 in Plat Book 114 at Page 60 as Reception No. 629290, and as defined and
described in the Condominium Declaration for the Mill Building Condominium recorded
May 10, 2016 as Reception No. 629258 of the records of County of Pitkin, Colorado,
also known as: 201 N. Mill Street, Unit 202. Aspen, CO 81611; Parcel No.
273707317042.
B. The names of all owners of the Property are as follows:
201 N. Mill Associates LLC, a Colorado limited liability company
C. I hereby further certify that as of the date hereof, the Property is subject to the
following encumbrances of record:
1. Any and all unpaid taxes, assessments and unredeemed tax sales.
2. Reservations and exceptions as set forth in the Deed from the City of Aspen,
dated February 27, 1888 and recorded April 21, 1888, in Book 59 at Page 422, as Reception No.
023674, providing as follows: "That no title shall be hereby acquired to any mine of gold, silver,
cinnabar or copper or to any valid mining claim or possession held under existing laws."
3. Right of the proprietor of a vein or lode to extract and remove his ore therefrom,
should the same be found to penetrate or intersect the premises hereby granted, and right of way
for ditches or canals constructed by the authority of the United States, as described in the United
States Patent dated 2 June 1881 and recorded 1 March 1897 in Book 139 at Page 216 as
Reception No. 060136.
