Dear Ashley,
We have received your land use application for 205 S. Mill Street (LPA-23-055)
and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete.
The following are needed:
• Please provide a current EME report to accompany sheet A1.20. This report
should convey the details about the RF of the proposed, updated facility.
• Please provide elevation detail on the “EME Barrier” that is shown on sheet
A1.20 and A3.20. This is not something we see regularly. Dimensions are
unclear on drawings. Just need to understand what it is.
• Building Permit Submission for required work – due to the addition of the
ladder and new platform. Coordinated submission allows us to meet shot
clock requirements. Please see original PreApplication for a link to these
forms.
Once you have compiled the remaining items for your application, please email
