Dear City of Aspen Land Use Review Applicant,
We have received your land use application for 205 S. Mill Street and have reviewed
it for completeness (but not compliance).
Your Land Use Application is complete:
Please submit the following to begin the land use review process.
1) Deposit of $1300 for the Land Use Review – this can be submitted via check
made payable to the City of Aspen and sent to: City of Aspen, Attn: ComDev,
130 S. Galena St. Aspen CO, 81611 or contact Lisa Guida at 970.920.5090.
2) Please have the contractor for the project submit the building permit using the
following instructions:
You will need to apply for the building permit component of your project via our online
platform, Salesforce. The first step is to follow the below link to create an account, a
process that takes about 24 hours.

Once your account is activated, you will need to apply for the permit. Instructions on
how to do this can be found below. We have dedicated support staff available to help
