Establishment of TDRs on a designated Historic landmark: 3,031 sf allowable floor area 2,405 sf existing Historic landmark 626 sf unused floor area 250 sf TDR 626 sf 500 sf (two 250 sf TDR) 126 sf remaining development rights Both HPC and Staff Recommends adoption of Ordinance No. 04 Series of 2012 to establish two TDRs at 212 N Monarch.
