1) Date of Survey: September 16, 21 and October 8, 2015.
2) Date of Preparation: October 5-13, 2015.
3) Linear Units: The linear unit used in the preparation of this plat is the U.S. Survey Foot as
defined by the United States Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and
Technology.
4) Basis of Bearing: Bearings are based on the 2009 Marcin Engineering-City of Aspen Control Map,
yielding a site bearing of N15°45'57"E from the street monuments at the intersections of Garmisch
and Hopkins and Garmisch and Francis.
5) Basis of Survey: The official map of the City of Aspen prepared by G.E. Buchanan dated December
15, 1959 and the found property corner monumentation as shown.
6) This survey does not represent a boundary survey of the parcel and the Block boundary lines shown
are for informational purposes only. No title work was supplied/reviewed in the preparation of this
map.
7) Some elements of this survey including the northerly portion of the building and the site information
bordering Hallam Street have been derived from a Sopris Engineering survey of the site dated
March 6, 2000.
8) Basis of elevation: The 1998 City of Aspen Drexel Barrel control datum, which is based on an
