DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property: Lot 1, Fellman Lot Split, According to the Plat thereof recorded
October 31, 1994 in Plat Book 35 at Page 67, City of Aspen, County of Pitkin, State of
Colorado; commonly known as: 222 S. Cleveland Street, Aspen, CO.; by order of the
Community Development Director via Notice of Approval, Reception No. 655651,
5/1/2019. The Applicant received approval of an amendment to a development order for
an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) for the removal of a deed restricted ADU. For further
