Determination of Completeness

Dear David,
Regarding your land use application for 225 N. Mill Street Insubstantial PD Amendment and
Commercial Design, we have received the updated property survey and will begin our review
of the proposal.
On the questions about floor area and net leasable area raised in our previous determination
that the application was incomplete, we will discuss the points made by Alan Richman in his July
15th email, and the agreements in the 1992 SPA approval in further detail.
