Land Use Application
Determination of Completeness

Dear David,
We have received your land use application for 225 N. Mill Street Insubstantial PD Amendment
and Commercial Design and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is incomplete. We will need the updated survey mentioned in your
cover letter. Has this been completed now? Also, the application must verify that the project
is not increasing net leasable space. The drawings and tables do not clearly identify existing
and proposed net leasable space and do not identify non-unit (common or shared spaces) which
do not count as net leasable. The tables indicate that the net leasable per floor is more than the
floor area per floor, which is not possible.

Sorry for the delay in the preliminary review of the application. Workload is significant in
comparison to the department staffing at this time.
