Mill Street Insubstantial PD Amendment and Commercial Design and reviewed it for completeness. Your Land Use Application is incomplete. We will need the updated survey mentioned in your cover letter. Has this been completed now? Also, the application must verify that the project is not increasing net leasable space. The drawings and tables do not clearly identify existing and proposed net leasable space and do not identify non-unit (common or shared spaces) which do not count as net leasable. The tables indicate that the net leasable per floor is more than the floor area per floor, which is not possible. Please reach out with questions or clarifications.
