HomeMy WebLinkAboutDO Notice.121 W BleekerPUBLIC NOTICE Of DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following described property: 121 W. Bleeker Street, the East ½ of Lot C, all of Lot D, and the West ½ of Lot E, Block 58, City and Townsite of Aspen, Colorado, Parcel ID# 2735-124-39- 003. Final Major Development approval was given to restore and relocate the historic home on a new basement, and to construct a new addition. Setback variations and a floor area bonus was granted. The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) approval was granted on June 8, 2022 through HPC Resolution #09, Series of 2022.
