Hello Derek,
This is just a quick recap email for our discussion today about 121 W. Bleeker. We reached out to
inform you about the potential for this lot to be recognized as a 6,000 s.f., if legal records support
this intent, and what impacts this could have in terms of development on the property, specifically
to the total FAR.
The applicant has conceptual approval by HPC and plans to pursue HPC Final review for the
approved design.
