NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: 121 West Bleeker Street
Public Hearing: Wednesday, June 8th, 2022; 4:30PM
Meeting Location: Virtual Meeting via WebEx planned. In the alternative, the
meeting will be held at City Hall, City Council Chambers, 427 Rio
Grande Place, Aspen, CO 81611. Please visit

Project Location: 121 West Bleeker Street, PID# 2735-124-39-003. Legally
described as the East ½ of Lot C, all of Lot D, and the West ½ of
Lot E, Block 58, City and Townsite of Aspen, County and Pitkin,
State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant received approval for Conceptual Major
Development to demolish the non-historic addition, relocate the
historic home on a new basement, and construct a new addition.
Setback variations and a floor area bonus were granted. The
applicant requests approval for Final Major Development and
modifications to the Floor Area Bonus for the project.
Land Use Reviews: Final Major Development, Floor Area Bonus, and other related
reviews.
