Project Location: 121 West Bleeker Street, PID# 2735-124-39-003, Legally described as
the East ½ of Lot C, all of Lot D, and the West ½ of Lot E, Block 58,
City and Townsite of Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant received Conceptual Major Development approval to
demolish the non-historic addition, relocate the historic home on a new
basement, and construct a new addition. Setback Variations and a Floor
Area Bonus were granted. The applicant requests approval for Final Major
Development and modifications to the Floor Area Bonus for the project.
Land Use Reviews: Final Major Development, Floor Area Bonus, and other related reviews.
