New comment: 2. At building permit submittal, the applicant must submit the following: a. a soils report containing a percolation test b. a letter from a structural engineer stating that the location of the drywell will not compromise the integrity of the structure. If the drywell is deemed not suitable based on either of these items, the applicant must redesign the stormwater management plan for the site, adhering to City Standards.   Thanks,   Carly McGowan, EIT Project Manager I Engineering Department 201 N Mill St. Ste 203 Aspen, CO 81611 p: 970.429.2738 www.cityofaspen.com   From: Sarah Yoon <sarah.yoon@cityofaspen.com>  Sent: Friday, February 28, 2020 3:30 PM To: Carly McGowan <carly.mcgowan@cityofaspen.com> Cc: Hailey Guglielmo <hailey.guglielmo@cityofaspen.com> Subject: RE: 134 E Bleeker Engineering Comments   Hello Carly,   I just realized that the application file that I sent you did not include the Engineering drawings that was in the hard-copy file of the application.  Would you please take a look at these drawings and see if you have additional comments?   Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.       Sarah Yoon Community Development Department Historic Preservation Planner 130 S.
