Dear Kim,
We have received your land use application for 135 W. Francis (LPA-21-119) and
reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete.
The following items are needed:
• Agreement to Pay Form: Form needs to be signed by the listed manager
of the LLC.
• Detailed Roof Plan: The Conceptual HPC Approval lists a detailed roof
plan be submitted at Final with the following information: location of gutters,
downspouts, snow clips and vents. Please include cutsheets and indicate
selected materials.
Once you have compiled the remaining items for your application, please email
them to Sarah Yoon (Sarah.Yoon@cityofaspen.com).
