DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan,
and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and
Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described
property: 135 West Francis Street, Legally described as Lot A and the West One-Half of Lot B, Block
56, City and Townsite of Aspen, Colorado, PID# 2735-124-21-001. Final Major Development has
been granted to restore and relocate the historic house on a new basement, and to construct a new
addition. Setback variations and a floor area bonus were granted. The Historic Preservation
Commission (HPC) approval was granted on February 23, 2022 through HPC Resolution #04,
