NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: 135 West Francis Street
Public Hearing: Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022; 4:30PM
Meeting Location: Virtual Meeting via WebEx planned. In the alternative, the
meeting will be held at City Hall, City Council Chambers, 427
Rio Grande Place, Aspen, CO 81611. Please visit

Project Location: 135 West Francis Street, PID# 2735-124-21-001. Legally
described as Lot A and the West One-half of Lot B, Block 56,
City and Townsite of Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of
Colorado.
Description: The applicant received approval for Conceptual Major
Development to remove all non-historic additions, relocate the
historic home on a new basement, and construct a new
addition. A Floor Area Bonus and Setback Variations were
granted to the approved design. The applicant requests
approval for Final Major Development.
