Project Location: 135 West Francis Street, PID# 2735-124-21-001, Legally described as
Lot A and the West One-half of Lot B, Block 56, City and Townsite of
Aspen, County and Pitkin, State of Colorado.
Description: The applicant received approval for Conceptual Major Development to
remove all non-historic additions, relocate the historic home on a new
basement, and construct a new addition. A Floor Area Bonus and
Setback Variations were granted to the approved design. The applicant
requests approval for Final Major Development.
Land Use Reviews: Final Major Development.
