As a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering Manager for T-Mobile West LLC for the Denver market, I, Prasanth
Attaluri, attest to the following regarding the proposed wireless communications site located at 197
Prospector Rd., Aspen, CO 81611:
1. The T-Mobile facility will comply with all Federal radio frequency standards and all current Federal
Communication Commission’s (FCC) guidelines, specifically OET Bulletin 65 , for cumulative
measurements of radio frequency power densities and electromagnetic f ields.
2. The T-Mobile facility will comply at all times with current FCC regulations prohibiting localized
interference with reception of television, radio, telephone, public safety and other
telecommunication services.
3. The existing T-Mobile wireless telecommunication facility will not interfere with any public safety
frequencies servicing the city and its residents. Specifically, said facility will not interfere with any
municipal radio or wireless data communications equipment that is operating in the 800 MHz
frequency band. All T-Mobile base station radios meet or exceed FCC regulations.
4. The T-Mobile facility will operate at the following FCC licensed frequencies.
PCS B: Tx = 1950 –1965 MHz, Rx = 1870 – 1885 MHz
AWS A1A2: Tx = 2110 – 2120 MHz, Rx = 1710 – 1720 MHz
AWS F1: Tx = 2145 – 2150 MHz, Rx = 1745 – 1750 MHz
700 A: Tx = 728 - 734 MHz, Rx = 698 – 704 MHz
600 B_C_D Tx= 622-637 MHz, Rx= 668-683 MHz
Further, T-Mobile West LLC agrees to comply with this letter and the zoning ordinance in regard to
notification and monitoring procedures to ensure that no interference issues exist with local emergency
equipment.
