Mobile West LLC ("Licensee").

Dear Sir or Madam:
The Site Lease authorizes T-Mobile to use its premises for the operation and maintenance of its wireless communications facility. We
value our landlords and want to keep you informed of our maintenance and upgrades on the antenna facilities installed on your property.
This letter is notice that T-Mobile will be conducting site modification work on its communications facility and is seeking your
acknowledgement that the work may proceed. The work will consist of replacing 3 existing antennas and 6 remote radio units (RRUs)
with 3 new antennas and 3 new RRUs to the existing chimney. Please note all other work will be within our existing equipment area in
the attic.
The work is no different from the routine maintenance we often perform and will not interfere with your business or tenants. The work
will be performed in compliance with the non-interference requirements of our lease and with all applicable laws and regulations.
At your earliest convenience, please sign below and return using the envelope provided. Unless a response is received indicating
otherwise, T-Mobile will assume this work is approved within 10 days of your receipt of this letter. If you have any questions, feel free
