Our property (218. N. Monarch) is to north of and
adjacent to the Hodgson property (212 N. Monarch). We
support the proposed TDR plans for 212 N. Monarch. The
plans are well thought out to reduce development pressure
on this historic property.
In short, we endorse, and urge you to endorse, the
proposed TDR plans.
