DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
described property: Parcel ID #2737-073-17-004, commonly known as 225 N. Mill, the
property is legally described as meets and bounds and is on file with the City of Aspen
Community Development Department. The applicant received approval for an
Insubstantial Amendment to a Planned Development via Planning & Zoning Commission
(P&Z) Resolution No. 6, Series of 2020 to develop a glass enclosure along the front façade
of the existing building and to reconfigure the interior to improve ADA access and
pedestrian circulation. The improvements are depicted in the land use application on file
