Project Description: The applicant, 225 North Mill Street, LLC, requests an
Insubstantial PD Amendment, Commercial Design Review and
Growth Management Review to remodel the existing building. A
new enclosed glass entry, a new elevator and stairway will be
constructed as part of this work. Other various improvements will
be developed, including ADA access and interior modifications.
