Dear HPC,
The proposed stormwater management plan at 227 E. Bleeker will have no visual impact
on the property because most of the system will be installed below grade. The system will
comprise of drain inlets, storm pipes, and a below-grade detention area. Only the drain inlets will
be visible on the surface, but they are small and will have negligible visual impact.
