Dear Commission Members:
The Aspen Community Church considers the Minor Development application for
134 E Bleeker St a significant improvement over the previous application for
Major Development, and we appreciate the applicant’s efforts to address prior
concerns.
The church has no objection to granting approval subject to recommendations in
the Community Development Department memo from Sarah Yoon, Historic
Preservation Planner.
